This process is unique from other standard rubber manufacturing process. The chemicals are blended into the rubber in wet phase with minimal breakdown.The compound is then coagulated and dried continuously in a heat chamber.
Minimal breakdown on the rubber molecules ensure superior performance.The main application for this product is for rubber sheetings.The rubber sheets are cured at various thickness ranging from 3mm to 25mm.The  most popular size ranges from 6.0mm to 9.0mm.Mostly supplied in 10m x 1.5m roll, wrapped in woven plastic encase.These rubber will then be cold bonded onto metal parts either in a workshop or onsite.80% - 90% of this product will be for these applications.
